Service Fees
I encourage you to set up a free brief phone consultation. During the consultation we will discuss what your needs are and decide if we are a good fit for you or your child. In adddition, we can provide more detailed information about our fees.
Insurance
At this time, we don’t accept any forms of insurance. Upon your request, we will provide a receipt for you to file with your insurance company on your own.
Cancellation Policy
A confirmation of your appointment is sent via text the day before your appointment. Cancellations must be made by phone, text or email at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please make sure you confirm receipt of the cancellation or there will be a $185 charge for appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice. Clients are responsible to pay the balance before they can schedule their next appointment.
Methods of Payment
We use an app called Ivy Pay for payment (more details provided when the first appointment is schedule). We also accept cash and checks.
